Return / Exchange policy

We do not have a return policy , you can only exchange your products if they are not on sale. You can only exchange if a particular size is available or you can exchange with another product of the same value or higher. If a product is of lesser value , we will issue a credit note for you.

Exchange

You can exchange the product depending on the availability or can obtain store credit of the same value. You can exchange within 48 hours once the product gets delivered to you. You can exchange the product only once if it's eligible for exchange

Please note that exchange will need to be sent to the following address: 3, Raghuvir society besides Sarojini Naidu garden , Umra , Surat. 395007.

If you want us to get it picked up , kindly connect to us on 8866 808 555 , and we will pick it up with an additional cost of 220/- , which you will have to Gpay us at 99099 84 555 (Nirali) , also it takes around 7-15 days for the courier to get it picked up if you wish we pick up the courier , as return order usually takes more time as we have third party delivery service like DTDC , Blue Dart , Delhivery and like.

Also , you will have to raise a request on the above link for exchange without raising request , if you sent us a courier we won't be able to get it exchanged for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly open package under cctv camera and record it , if only then we would consider if any piece is missing from the parcel or else your request will not be entertained. Your piece can only be exchanged and not returned incase if you have received a damaged piece.

Color bleeding

If color bleeds , we are not responsible for it as handwoven has tendency of color bleeding and all other natural fabrics also bleeds due to it’s characteristics , it should not be considered as defective , no exchange or return request will be entertained , kindly purchase the pieces after considering this. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items
Unfortunately we do not accept any returns on sales items / gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted for refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at etartextiles@gmail.com.

Disputes

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Surat , Gujarat and shall be governed by the Laws in India. 

Liability

Total liability for a company (Etar) shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client/customer. In no event company that is ETAR is liable for indirect , consequential or punitive damages.
